COMMERCIAL DATA CENTERS — SUB 20MW
Private Power for theData CentersHyperscalers Leave Behind
The hyperscalers locked up the grid-scale power.
Regional colo operators, enterprise data centers, and edge deployments in the sub-20MW range get left behind.
Offtake builds the same dedicated behind-the-meter generation — scaled to your actual footprint.
Built for:
— Regional Colo Operators, Sub 20MW
— Enterprise Data Centers, Sub 20MW

Sub-20MW
The underserved sweet spot
$0 Down
No capital required from you
On-Site
Power co-located to your facility
Fixed PPA
Predictable cost for the life of the deal
The grid wasn't designed for your load profile
Sub-20MW data centers sit in an awkward middle ground — too large for standard commercial utility rates, too small to command the infrastructure deals that hyperscalers negotiate. The result is unpredictable power costs, reliability risk, and no path to private generation.
Offtake Energy builds dedicated, co-located power plants for commercial data center operators in the sub-20MW range. You get a fixed long-term rate, dedicated capacity, and zero exposure to grid volatility — with no capital required.

HOW IT WORKS
Private power, built for your scale
Dedicated on-site generation
A private power plant built for your facility's exact load profile. Your power, your rate, completely independent of the utility grid.
Zero capital, full control
Offtake owns, builds, and operates the plant under a long-term PPA. You lock in a fixed rate and start saving from day one — no ownership, no operations, no surprises.
Built for the sub-20MW tier
Right-sized infrastructure for regional colo, enterprise data centers, and edge deployments. The same private power model the hyperscalers use — scaled to your actual footprint.
